Factory trained parts personnel are on hand for your call; they can quote parts estimates using our computer pricing and extensive library of factory manuals. In most cases, they are able to quote while you are on the phone.
An extensive inventory of O.E.M. (Original Equipment Manufacturers) parts allows us to get the part to you in the shortest time possible. Using O.E.M. Parts ensures quality and consistency in the operation of your equipment. Our policy is to keep parts that you need in stock. If you call for a part that we don't normally stock, we will order one for you and one for our stock. So, the next time you need that particular part, we will have it waiting for you.
In stock parts orders received before 4:00 p.m. are shipped the same day. Normal shipping procedure is UPS Ground. However, we can meet your special needs by shipping UPS next day, second day, third day, Saturday delivery, air freight, bus, Federal Express, truck line, etc.
